Bogus Domain Name Renewals
We’ve seen a lot of this going on
lately. People receive an email telling them "This is your Final
Reminder… This Notice for: (YourDomain.com) will be terminated on September 11,
2017."
If you look closely, these emails
typically say something about being a solicitation, and that you’re under no
obligation, but that stuff is usually buried in the fine print.
Don’t be fooled. Don’t believe
unsolicited emails. Always check with a known and trusted source
first.
We’d much rather have you call or email us
to than to sign up for some bogus service that at best will take your money and
not provide anything in return, or worse — do something malicious such as steal
your personal or bank account information or lock you out of your domain.
Don’t be a victim. Choose to be proactive and learn what you
can do to prevent this from happening to your business and personal files. Contact
